The location is good, the staff is helpful. They give umbrellas during rain which is very sweet. Robes in the room are very useful.

Fantastic hotel for family and great location

Great location close to suitegumae station which gave easy transfer from Narita Airport and great access to whole city via subway. Get a Pasmo Passport at Narita if arriving before 9pm and jump straight on subway to suitegumae. Just make sure you have 1500 yen per adult cash, half that for kids 6-11. Can use Pasmo all over Japan except for Shinkansen which you can book seperatly. Hotel staff lovely and friendly and room perfect for family of four. Definitely stay again.

Wonderful

Nice hotel, pretty central, around 20 minutes walking from Tokio Central Station. Very welcoming staff, rooms are nice and functional for Tokio standard. Quiet neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, great public transportation connection. Near a highway bridge, but didnt disturbed us at all. We had a lovely stay at MONday Apart, thank you!

Lovely facility, super close to train station and amenities, and perfect for travel with families.

The overall location, convenience, and cleanliness of the property was outstanding. We were a family of five and it's hard to find any properties that could accommodate that in one room and this property had that. For a room in Tokyo, it was spacious and had all the amenities of home including a washer/dryer combo that saved us from having to pack too much for this international trip.

Not the fault of the hotel, but someone tried to access my room at 4am one morning thinking our room was his room. He was insistent to the point where he was knocking on the door and entering his code on our door's keypad and I had to turn him away after opening the door and him aggressively trying to get in. This is probably due to the afterhours check-in and no staff at the front desk but there are clear instructions that the guest did not follow.

Excellent staff. Good sized room in the business district.

Lovely staff! Deep tub and good smelling soaps. Outlets on the headboard. Sitting area. Check out Jonathan's nearby for a casual Denny's-like breakfast. Central to many train stations.

Bed was hard. It's in the business district, so it felt weird wandering out for brunch in casual clothes when people were hustling to work. Traffic can be bad around rush hours. Had to memorize the numeric codes for the elevator and room, or carry the slip check in gave you. Could hear ambulances several times per day.

We had an excellent experience and enjoyed being able to take a short walk to train and bus station.

Staff were extremely helpful and apartment was very clean and in excellent condition.

Main bed mattress was very hard.

Appart très propre, calme, proche de la station de métro. Nous avons pu laisser des bagages lors de notre trip vers Osaka et les retrouver en revenant dans cet hôtel

「快適空間」

設備がしっかりしていてとても家族連れには最高ですが。とても快適に過ごすことができました。

「とてもよかったです。また利用したいです‼️」

2泊でしたが、とても快適に過ごさせていただきました。家電もあるから、土地勘がなかったり帰りが遅い場合はコンビニで購入したものを買ってきて食べれたし、2泊分のタオルを最初から設置しておいてくれたおかげで、部屋の清掃などないから安心して過ごせました。

冷蔵庫裏から時折『ピーピー』音がなりました。なんの音かわからなかった時はとても不安になりましたが、コンセントが少し抜けると音がなるとわかってからは対応できました。
